- Using automation tools to distribute promotional content without consent
- Abusing auto-reply features for mass messaging
4.2 Harassment & Harmful Conduct
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing individuals or groups
- Sharing or promoting offensive, harmful, or illegal content
4.3 Deceptive or Manipulative Behavior
- Artificially inflating engagement (likes, comments, shares, etc.)
- Creating misleading or fake interactions
- Using automation in ways that simulate human behavior deceptively
4.4 Violations of Third-Party Platform Policies
- Violating the terms or guidelines of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, or LinkedIn
- Attempting to bypass platform limitations or safeguards
4.5 Unauthorized or Misleading Automation
- Using automation tools in ways that may mislead users or platforms
- Deploying auto-replies that are irrelevant, excessive, or disruptive
4.6 Illegal Activities
- Using Metriwo for unlawful purposes
- Distributing fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content
5. Responsible Use of Automation
Metriwo provides automation features, including auto-replies for messages, comments, and interactions.
You agree to use automation:
- In a controlled and responsible manner
- In ways that are relevant and appropriate to the context
- In compliance with third-party platform rules
Metriwo does not guarantee that automated actions will comply with all platform policies, and users are responsible for how automation is configured and used.
6. Public Data & Analytics Usage
Metriwo may provide insights based on publicly available social media data.
You agree NOT to:
- Misuse analytics data for unlawful or unethical purposes
- Misrepresent insights or use them in misleading ways
- Attempt to access private or restricted data through the platform
