1. Introduction
Metriwo (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an all-in-one social media analytics and management platform that enables users to analyze publicly available social media data, manage content, schedule posts, and automate interactions across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
By accessing or using Metriwo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use Metriwo.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Metriwo is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Platform Features & Usage
Metriwo provides the following core features:
- Public Page Analysis (including competitor analysis based solely on publicly available data)
- Connected Page Insights (analytics for user-owned pages via authorized access)
- Post creation, scheduling, and publishing
- Auto-reply for messages, comments, and interactions
- AI-assisted content generation (optional)
By using Metriwo, you acknowledge that:
- Public page analysis is strictly limited to publicly accessible data
- Metriwo does not access private or restricted data without explicit user authorization
- All insights, analytics, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only
- Metriwo does not guarantee specific results such as growth, engagement, or conversions
5. Third-Party Platforms
Metriwo integrates with third-party platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Metriwo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms.
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and policies of these third-party platforms.
Metriwo is not responsible for:
- Account bans, restrictions, or suspensions
- Changes in APIs or platform policies
- Data availability limitations
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Metriwo to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Harass or harm others
- Automate deceptive or manipulative engagement
- Violate any laws or platform policies
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the system
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content created, published, or distributed using Metriwo.
Metriwo does not guarantee:
- Content legality
- Content accuracy
- Content performance
8. Payments & Subscriptions
Metriwo may offer paid subscription plans.
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in a specific offer or plan.
Metriwo reserves the right to:
- Modify pricing with reasonable notice
- Change or discontinue features or plans
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of Metriwo is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described in that policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Metriwo platform, including software, design, features, and content, are owned by Metriwo.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Distribute
- Reverse engineer
Any part of the platform may not be used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Metriwo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metriwo is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Account bans or actions taken by third-party platforms
- Failure of content to achieve expected results
- Inaccuracies, delays, or errors in data provided by third-party platforms
12. Termination
Metriwo may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the platform at any time.
13. Enterprise Terms
For enterprise customers, additional terms may apply through separate written agreements.
These may include:
- Service level commitments (such as uptime targets)
- Defined support response times
- Data processing agreements (DPA)
- Custom commercial or legal terms
- Dedicated onboarding or support services
These commitments are only valid if explicitly agreed in a separate contract. In the event of a conflict, the enterprise agreement overrides these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
Metriwo may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
